Terms of Use

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them.

You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it, or use it to harm yourself or others.

You are responsible for the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under it. Please use a strong password and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Fitlior is a general fitness and wellness application. It is not a medical device and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, consult a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury, or have a medical condition.

Information and recommendations provided by Fitlior, including those generated by Fitlior Coach, are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. They are not a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified professional.

Do not rely on Fitlior to make decisions about urgent or serious health issues. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Some features are available only with a Fitlior Premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play according to their terms.

If a free trial is offered, your subscription will start automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next renewal.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including meal logs, workout logs and photos.

You grant Fitlior a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and use such content as necessary to operate and improve the Service, including by processing it through our AI providers.

Fitlior uses AI to generate personalized suggestions and to analyze photos and voice input. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your judgement and consult a professional when appropriate.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and trademarks, is owned by Fitlior or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitlior and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD 50.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you, for example by updating the "Last updated" date above and posting a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
