Voice input you provide when you use speech-to-text features.

Device and usage information such as device model, operating system version, language, app version, crash data and general usage events used to operate and improve the Service.

Purchase information related to subscriptions (processed by Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not receive your full payment details.

To provide and personalize the Service, including generating personal workout, nutrition and coaching recommendations.

To analyze photos you submit for meal recognition and to generate calorie and macronutrient estimates.

To process audio you submit to convert it into text within the app.

To manage your account, subscriptions and customer support.

To improve reliability, fix bugs and develop new features.

Fitlior uses AI services (including Google Firebase AI Logic / Gemini) to generate personalized guidance, analyze meal photos and process voice input. Inputs are sent to these services to produce a response and may be processed on their infrastructure subject to their terms.

If you choose to use the photo-based meal analysis feature, the relevant image is processed to estimate the food and its nutritional content. Photos may be temporarily processed by our AI providers as described above.

When you use speech-to-text input, audio is processed to produce text in the app. Audio access is only requested when you actively initiate a voice interaction.

If you allow notifications, we may send reminders related to workouts, hydration, meals and progress. You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings.

Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective terms. Fitlior receives confirmation that a subscription is active but does not access your full payment information.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

We use Google Firebase services (such as Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore) to securely store account information and the data you create in the app.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Fitlior is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can remove it.

You can view, edit or delete most of your data directly inside the app.

You can request account deletion or a copy of your personal data by emailing us at the address below.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws.

Your information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you live, including by our infrastructure and AI providers. By using the Service you consent to such transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
