Frequently asked questions

  • Open Fitlior, go to Settings → Account, and use "Reset progress" to clear your data while keeping the account, or "Delete account" to remove everything permanently.

  • Subscriptions are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Open your store account settings and choose Subscriptions to change or cancel your plan.

  • Take or upload a photo of your meal. Fitlior sends the image to our AI provider to estimate the food and its calories and macronutrients. Estimates are informational — adjust them if needed.

  • Account and app data are stored using Google Firebase services. See our Privacy Policy for details on processing, retention and your rights.

  • No. Fitlior Coach offers general fitness and nutrition suggestions. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Please consult a qualified professional for any health concerns.
